Marquette Breakfast Rotary recently presented grant checks using funds raised at its annual fish boil. Included at the presentation were Rich Rossway of Teaching Family Homes of Upper Michigan, Jen Webb and Cara Zanetti of Star Children’s Bereavement Services, Shelly Russell of Lake Superior Youth Theatre, Amanda Erspamer-Berry and Joy Bender-Hadley of Marquette Alternative High School, Jennifer Frazier of Marquette Alger Resolutions Service and Greg Durand, Paul Anderson and John Anderson of Bothwell Middle School Aviation Club. First held in 1992, the fish boil has raised more than $300,000 that have been donated to local groups in support of the club’s mission to foster the development of youth.
