≤ 6:03 p.m., traffic accident, East Ridge Street near Spruce Street

≤ 6:22 p.m., upset subject in restroom for an extended period of time, subject having psych issues, transferred over to EMS, 1400 block O’Dovero Drive

≤ 7:02 p.m., alarm, set off by cleaning crew, all OK, 1200 block West Washington Street

≤ 7:47 p.m., two intoxicated subjects under the bridge called central dispatch and reported they were freezing, transferred over to EMS, Hawley Street near Sugarloaf Avenue

≤ 10:14 p.m., property inspection, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 10:15 p.m., property inspection, 400 block West Washington Street
