Aug. 11

≤ 8:21 a.m., parking complaint gone on arrival, 1200 block Division Street

≤ 8:26 a.m., dead skunk in the middle of the road, 900 block West College Avenue

≤ 9:30 a.m., guest left item in room, 800 block of West Washington Street

≤ 9:52 a.m., reports personal protection order violation, restraining order in effect, 1900 block of Freedom Drive

≤ 10:00 a.m., peace officer standby, being threatened by child’s mother, being accused of abuse, advised to follow up with Forsyth Police Department, 300 block W. Baraga Avenue

≤ 10:14 a.m., auto alarm – OK, 100 block Coles Drive

≤ 10:53 a.m., damage to fence, also wellbeing check on female from Sault Ste. Marie, will handle damage through civil, 400 block W. Washington Street

≤ 10:57 a.m., parked in the right-of-way, ongoing problem, all OK just loading equipment and moving along, 1200 block Division Street

≤ 11:12 a.m., found abandoned bicycle, transported to cold storage, S. Main Street.

≤ 11:30 a.m., geese being a nuisance, 300 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 11:42 a.m., warrant arrest, 300 block West Baraga Avenue.

≤ 12:13 p.m., vehicle booted for unpaid parking fines, Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 12:15 p.m., vehicles parked in restricted, owner spoken to, officer will try to resolve issue with signs posted, 600 block Spring Street

≤ 12:35 p.m., counterfeit $20 bill, 300 block of W. Fair Ave

≤ 1:10 p.m., breaking and entering reported, no forced entry, landlord confirmed contractor doing work, all OK, 1100 block North Fourth Street

≤ 1:11 p.m. Dog found at large, returned to fenced-in yard, no injury – neighbors will make owners aware, 300 block W. Crescent Street

≤ 1:43 p.m., pick up order, transported to UPHS, 700 block West Washington Street

≤ 3:18 p.m., odor of marijuana coming from apartment, ongoing problem, no one came to door, no problem located, 100 block Dobson Place.

≤ 3:34 p.m., requests peace officer while dropping off child, 200 block Dobson Place

≤ 3:56 p.m., suicidal female, self admit to UPHS, 100 block West Arch

≤ 5:04 p.m., young child found outside of residence, officer advised no sign of neglect, 900 block North Fourth Street

≤ 5:34 p.m., complainant advised he received Facebook threat from ex-roommate’s friend, advice given, 200 block W. Crescent Street

≤ 5:45 p.m., intoxicated subject made threats to callers dog, 200 block N. Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 6:47 p.m., two intoxicated subjects stumbling around downtown, moved along, 100 block W. Washington Street

≤ 7:31 p.m., well-being check of unattended child in room, all OK, 800 block W. Washington Street

≤ 7:59 p.m., four customers left without paying for meals this morning at approximately 8:45 a.m. It appears to be unintentional to both officer and management, did not want to pursue criminally, officer will follow up if needed, 1900 block U.S. 41 W.

≤ 8:24 p.m., while locking elevator, officer located male passed out in the hallway, unable to wake him, transported to emergency room

≤ 9:45 p.m., possible domestic, arrest, 1900 block Freedom Drive

≤ 10:38 p.m., intoxicated subject near shoulder of road, Presque Isle Avenue near West College Avenue

≤ 11:16 p.m., officer located vehicle in parking lot, 1200 South McClellan Avenue

≤ 11:44 p.m., property inspections, various locations

≤ 11:53 p.m., intoxicated person passed out, turned over to EMS, 100 block West Washington Street

Aug. 12

≤ 12:18 a.m., five property checks, 2000 block Enterprise Street

≤ 1:13 a.m., intoxicated subjects arguing, 100 block North Third Street

≤ 2:25 a.m., loud noise, four subjects on porch, moved inside, 400 block High Street

≤ 2:27 a.m., foot patrol, property inspections, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 3:27 a.m., loud music, male subjects screaming at each other, warned, 2000 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 4:27 a.m., intoxicated subject passed out, turned over to EMS, 2000 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 4:30 a.m., K9 demo for ER staff, 500 block West College Avenue

≤ 5:25 a.m., intoxicated subject, 300 block Pine Street

≤ 5:45 a.m., north schools checked

≤ 5:50 a.m., 11 property checks, North Third Street

≤ 7:56 a.m., traffic detail, M-553 near Division Street

≤ 8:42 a.m., seven businesses checked, 1900 block West Ridge Street

≤ 10:01 a.m., traffic detail, South Front Street near Genesee Street

≤ 10:02 a.m., female running, mumbling things that did not make sense. Well-being check requested. Subject located, everything OK, Lakeshore Boulevard near Wright Street

≤ 11:20 a.m., traffic detail, Lakeshore Boulevard near Hewitt Avenue

≤ 12:10 p.m., traffic detail, U.S. 41 bypass

≤ 12:23 p.m., traffic detail, Lakeshore Boulevard near Island Beach Road

≤ 1:27 p.m., intruder alarm, all doors secured, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 1:49 p.m., stray dog, turned over to UPAWS, 1700 block Woodland Avenue

≤ 2:30 p.m., loud noise, car alarm, owner contacted, problem taken care of, 100 block Fisher Street

≤ 4 p.m., private property hit-and-run accident, 800 block West Washington Street
