MARQUETTE – On Friday and Saturday, Michiganders across the state including one location in the Upper Peninsula are uniting to rally against the recent explosion of AI data centers in Michigan.

Rallies will be held at six different locations over these two days of action: Ann Arbor, Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Traverse City and Houghton. Concerned Michiganders say they want an end to the data center expansion.

• Houghton – Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Park

• Detroit – Saturday from 5-7 p.m. at Roosevelt Park

• Ann Arbor – Saturday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at UMich Diag

• Lansing – Saturday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at 1300 Eureka St.

• Grand Rapids – Saturday from 4-5 p.m. at Calder Plaza

• Traverse City – Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at Open Space Park
