Ore Dock Brewing Company wins MDARD funding to scale production
MARQUETTE — Ore Dock Brewing Company in Marquette secured a $100,000 Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure Program grant to upgrade its carbon dioxide and nitrogen systems, improving quality and production efficiency.
The investment supports Ore Dock’s commitment to buying from Michigan farms and manufacturers and reinvesting locally. Ore Dock is one of 34 recipients in this grant cycle, which totals $3.1 million. Wins like this add up for Marquette’s food and beverage supply chain and the region’s growth.
