L’ANSE — The Friends of the L’Anse School/Public Library are having a huge used book sale from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 1.

Items for sale include fiction and nonfiction adult and juvenile books, DVDS, music CDs, jigsaw puzzles and audiobooks. This sale is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Library. Proceeds of the sale go toward programming at the library.

The Friends of the Library put on the Summer Reading Programs and other programs throughout the year.
