ISHPEMING — Quaal & Quaal, Ishpeming merchants, are sponsoring a Kelvinator cooking demonstration, to be conducted by a representative of the Kelvinator company, at the Ishpeming theater next Monday and Tuesday afternoons at 2:30 o’clock. All women in the county are invited. An experienced demonstrator will present new ideas in preparing food for the family and table and for parties. The food prepared, including pies, cakes, salads, and deserts of various kinds, will be served free to those attending the demonstration. Many questions that may not be generally understood in home cooking will be explained and demonstrated. Pointers will be given on party planning. Realizing that their store would not be large enough to accommodate all the women who will want to take advantage of the demonstrations and lectures, Quaal & Quaal engaged the theater for both afternoons. There will be seating accommodations for nearly 1,000 persons. The demonstrator will work on the stage.
