Mount Marquette Road to close
MARQUETTE — The Lake Superior Performance Rally car race is taking place on Saturday.
This community event will require the closure of Mount Marquette Road from Cliffs Power Road to M-553 from 4 to 8 p.m. Volunteers will ensure that all trail crossings are closed, but cyclists, hikers and pedestrians are asked to avoid utilizing the recreational area surrounding Cliffs Power Road between the hours of 3 and 9 p.m. on Saturday.
