≤ 6:18 p.m., employee asked if he could leave a broken down work truck on the 1200 block of North Front Street, officer checked on the vehicle and it was parked in a no parking area and blocking most of the northbound lane, subject was contacted and advised the vehicle needed to be moved, 1200 block North Front Street
