≤ 10 a.m., larceny from a motor vehicle, reported larceny of tools from a company work vehicle, report, 1200 block West Washington Street

≤ 10:46 a.m., suspicious, report of a 911 hangup, all okay, 200 block South Front Street

≤ 10:58 a.m., civil complaint between neighbors, fence line/compost complaint, 400 block Oak Street

≤ 11:01 a.m., report of a malicious destruction of property complaint to subject’s tire, subject had to return to work, advised they will call back later, 200 block Whetstone Road

≤ 11:04 a.m., animal control, small animal in westbound lane, founded to be a racoon, moved off the roadway, U.S. 41 Bypass near Grove Street

≤ 11:51 a.m., suspicious, suspicious activity by a hotel guest, assistance given, 200 block North Front Street

≤ 12:13 p.m., assistance, vehicle lockout with service dog inside, verbal consent given, opened, 1400 block West Fair Avenue

≤ 12:19 p.m., domestic assault, report of a possible domestic assault, 500 block North Fourth Street

≤ 1:03 p.m., report of a hit and run property damage accident, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 1:26 p.m., suspicious, report of a subject driving around on a four-wheeler, unable to locate anyone in the area, complainant said it happens every day and will call back when subject returns to the area, 600 Mountain Street

≤ 1:36 p.m., obstructing justice, warrant arrest on arrival through Michigan State Police, 500 block North Fourth Street

≤ 5:28 p.m., malicious destruction of property, tire was slashed, report, 200 block Whetstone Road

≤ 5:36 p.m., traffic, no insurance and improper registration arrest, report, U.S. 41 near Cliffs Power Road

≤ 5:44 p.m., obstructing justice, warrant arrest, personal recognizance bond, released, 2300 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 5:56 p.m., animal control, well-being check on a dog that had been reportedly left outside for an extended period of time, dog was fine, spoke to owner who advised the dog was only out for 15 minutes, 900 block Pine Street

≤ 7:53 p.m., possible domestic between a male and female, area checked, unable to locate, officers spoke with the complainant who called and advised there was no physical assault that she could see, only verbal, 2000 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 8:34 p.m., drunkenness, well-being check, relative called and thought subject was highly intoxicated, entry was made into the apartment and subject was located, subject was highly intoxicated but refused any assistance, officers called family from the scene and advised of the situation, report, 600 block Altamont Street

≤ 8:54 p.m., suspicious, complainant heard a female voice say “get away from me,” possible domestic violence, area checked, unable to locate, Rock Street near South Front Street

≤ 10:21 p.m., search, traffic stop, consent search of the vehicle, negative results, report, West Fair Avenue near North Third Street
