FORSYTH TOWNSHIP — David Beaudette was arrested on Thursday on a charge of criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree and three counts of selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor.

The Forsyth Township Police Department reported that the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office authorized the charges, with Beaudette arrested at his residence at the Horseshoe Lake Campground without incident.

The police department is continuing the investigation in regard to any additional information concerning similar circumstances involving Beaudette.
