Library to offer curbside pickup

NEGAUNEE — The Negaunee Public Library is offering curbside pickup for books, CDs and DVDs normal its normal business hours.

Patrons can call the library to request items at 906-475-7700 ext. 18, or go online to the catalog through https://cityofnegaunee.com and click on the “Negaunee City Library” link on the right side. Library items may also be returned in the dropbox outside Negaunee City Hall on Kanter Street, or outside Negaunee Township Hall on M-35.

Curbside pickup means that patrons can wait in their cars and library staff will place items in the trunk or on an empty passenger seat. Patrons are also welcome to bicycle or walk to the library and wait at a distance for the library staff to place their items in a safe, dry location.

New books are also on display in the library windows, so patrons can request books while outside the library.
