MARQUETTE — The Iron Ore Heritage Recreation Authority will hold its June Board meeting at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Carp River Kiln Site located near the mouth of the Carp River in Marquette.

Items on the agenda include financials, grants, maintenance lists, and officer elections. Meetings are usually held the fourth Wednesday of the month at the Country Inn and Suites and are open to the public. This month they are celebrating the rebuild of the historic Carp River kiln.
