≤ 4:15 p.m., refrigerator placed on curb that is not an item that can be picked up for curbside pickup, removed, 200 block Fisher Street

≤ 5:00 p.m., be on the lookout for a possible operating while intoxicated, subject arrested, M-553 near Vistanna Drive

≤ 5:10 p.m., property check at Presque Isle Park, two warning citations issued, Peter White Drive

≤ 5:54 a.m., subject advised they are overdosing on drugs, patrols checked, subject was OK, refused to be seen by EMS, 300 block West Crescent Street

≤ 8:34 a.m., found drug paraphernalia, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:43 p.m., report of a vehicle that has been blocking the sidewalk, this has been an ongoing issue, vehicle cited, 1000 block North Front Street
