≤ 8:42 p.m., male subject that appears to be under the influence of something sitting in a vehicle, caller is afraid he is going to drive, subject is not under the influence of anything, all OK, 200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 10:45 p.m., report of someone in backyard, subject took off and then caller heard vehicle take off from the area, unable to locate, 600 block North McClellan Avenue
