≤ 12:03 p.m., report of a backpack in roadway, unable to locate, 1100 block West Washington Street

≤ 2:22 p.m., report of homeless subjects trying to gain entrance into the building, requesting letter of no trespass to be issued, letters issued, 800 block West Washington Street

≤ 4:14 p.m., caller wanted police department to tell another subject to have no further contact with them, caller advised to let subject know in person, 600 block Altamont Street

≤ 4:30 p.m., small chihuahua unattended near apartments that got into a fight with another dog, no injured dogs or owners, 500 block Northland Drive

≤ 5:30 p.m., caller reports they were watching two subjects attempting to break into the back of the hotel through a window. Officers made contact with two subjects who were taking photos. They didn’t cause any damage and weren’t trying to break in. Their actions were confirmed by a witness that lives behind the hotel and was watching them, owner notified, 1300 block North Third Street
