≤ 3:02 p.m., parking complaint – vehicle parked on private property preventing snow removal, vehicles cited at this time, property owner may be calling tomorrow to have the vehicle towed, 400 block Oak Street

≤ 5:56 p.m., vehicle disabled in parking lot – west side, wrecker service was already contacted by owner to remove, four-hour wait for service, Mr. Wrecker showed up at 11:30 p.m. to remove the vehicle per the request fo the owner, 400 block North Sixth Street
