≤ 11:27 a.m., report of a rollerblader in traffic, subject worried they might get hit, gone on arrival, 500 block North Third Street

≤ 11:34 a.m., report of possible verbal argument, no one witnessed anything, subject’s vehicle gone on arrival, 2000 block U.S. 41 West
