“Star Wars” fans were able to get professional photographs taken with their favorite character from the franchise at the Ampersand Coworking space in downtown Marquette during May the Fourth Be With You photoshoot and fundraiser. The 501st Legion, the official screen-accurate “Star Wars” costumes, and local photographer Daniele Carol teamed up to make the event possible. Patrons were encouraged to bring their own props or could purchase a variety of related items at the event. Proceeds from the photoshoot go toward funding the Marquette Fourth of July fireworks.
