HARVEY — One driver reported minor injuries following a two-vehicle accident in Harvey on Thursday.

A vehicle driven by a 67-year-old woman from Grand Marais pulled onto M-28 and into the path of a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old woman from St. John, according to a press release from the Chocolay Township Police Department.

The accident occurred around 1:50 p.m. near the intersection of M-28 and U.S. 41.

The Grand Marais woman reported minor injuries and was transported to UP Health System-Marquette. The other driver sought her own treatment.

Names were not released and no citations were issued.
