MARQUETTE — A 34 year-old Negaunee man was arrested Friday on a warrant authorized by the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office for larceny in a building, which is a felony.

The warrant was result of an investigation where the man allegedly stole money from a local business.

On the date of arrest, the suspect was unable to post the 10 percent of $10,000 bond, and lodged at the Marquette County Jail.

Larceny in a building is a felony and is punishable up to 4 years in prison.

The man is scheduled to be arraigned July 12 at 8:15 a.m. at the 96th District Court office in Marquette.
