≤ 10:29 a.m., possible follow-up complaint of apartment vandalism, 2000 block Presque Isle Avenue

≤ 11:26 a.m., dog left in vehicle, dog not stressed, windows were down and dog had water, officer was to keep eye on it, 800 block West Washington Street

≤ 11:41 a.m., male subject “roughing up” 3-year-old in vehicle parked in lot, gone on arrival, unable to locate, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 11:54 a.m., hold-up alarm, accidental, 1500 block West Washington Street
