– 3:12 a.m., caller reported a male and female subject were arguing for an extended time, officer contacted them and found both parties to be intoxicated, no argument, just talking loudly because of intoxication, asked to be quiet, 1900 block Freedom Drive

– 4 a.m., caller requested officers to check on friend who had panic attack, officers checked area, unable to locate
