Tailgate party kicks off MSHS football season

Above, Marquette Senior High School hosted their third annual Tailgate Party Friday evening to kick off the start of their 2018 football season. The free event included music, food and games for community members before the Marquette Redmen varsity team took the field at 7 p.m. against Traverse City St. Francis. Fox Sports Marquette broadcasted the event and interviewed Superintendent of Marquette Area Public Schools Bill Saunders and Event Coordinator Tesse Sayen.
