MARQUETTE — The Marquette Vasa Lodge will present a program by local professor and historian Russell Magnaghi on the subject of the little known Icelandic immigrant group that came to the Upper Peninsula.

The program will be given at 7:15 p.m. today at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Marquette, corner of Magnetic and Fourth streets. The public is invited and the lodge is devoted to exploring Scandinavian culture. Membership is open to anyone of Scandinavian heritage and their spouses. For more information call 226-7273.
