Member Day — the Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the second annual GINCC Member Day at Water Warrior Island, located at Van Riper State Park, 851 County Road AKE, Champion.

From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, guests can enjoy the GINCC Warrior Package which includes a two-hour session on the Island and a scoop of Jilbert’s ice cream for $20. Kayak and paddle board rentals will be $10 for one hour and $15 for two hours. One-hour Island sessions will be $10.
