Caregiver Community — Lake Superior Life Care and Hospice offers Caregiver Community, an Informal group for caregivers to come together and share their experiences and ideas, meeting monthly. There will be a different topic every month to discus and learn about. The group will meet every second Wednesday of the month at 2 p.m. The meetings will be at Marquette’s Big Boy Restaurant in the private room. Food truck — Feeding America West Michigan will distribute 15,000 pounds of food to people in need at Negaunee High School.

The distribution will take place at 4:30 p.m. with registration beginning at 4 p.m.

Teen Advisory Board — 4-5 p.m. Peter White Public Library Great Room. All students in grades 9 to 12 are welcome. TABBY Awards will be presented to juniors and seniors on TAB. American Legion Department Service Officer — Lisa Clark will be in Marquette from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at American Legion Post 44, 700 W. Bluff St. She is available to assist all veterans and families of veterans with claims preparation, presentation, counsel and appeal counsel at no cost to the veterans. Anyone who believe they may be eligible for VA compensation on health, education and/or employment issues, stop by Post 44 and see Clark. Be aware that this visit may be canceled for bad weather.
