Chair Yoga — 10:30-11:30 a.m., Chair Yoga provides a unique opportunity to find deeper well-being though exploration of gentle postures, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. Gentle chair yoga can be practiced by almost anyone at any age. The entry-level requirement for practicing yoga in a chair is simply the ability to breathe and to sit upright in a chair while gently moving the torso and limbs. Ideal for Seniors, those with hip and knee challenges, low back injury recovery. Make sure you doctor has cleared you for activity. Summer Reading — Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library, Pirate Treasure Slime — at 11 a.m. Join in to make pirate treasure slime out of common ingredients. Customize slime to take home with you. All ages.

Chocolay Senior Drop-In Center — from 1-4 p.m. in the meeting room of the Chocolay Township Hall, Harvey. For social activities close to home and refreshments. This eliminates the morning session.

Teen Tuesday — Outdoor Art Create rockin’ art in the fresh air with high school art teacher/artist, Joy Bender-Hadley. Peter White Public Library Ridge Street Lawn (if raining, Teen Zone), 2-4 p.m.

Storytime — There will be a new storytime at 4:30 p.m. at the Negaunee Public Library. This will be for children ages 5 years and older (younger siblings are welcome to attend), and will offer a variety of programs, including book samples, crafts, and occasional LEGO building sessions.

BYO Dinner Theater — “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.” 2017 R 115 min. Drama. Mildred Hayes paints three signs leading into her town with a controversial message for the chief of police in an attempt to force him to find her daughter’s murderer. Divorce Care — Every Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., Teal Lake Medical Center, 100 Malton Road, Ishpeming. Anyone is welcome who is going through, or gone through, a separation or divorce. Divorce Care is a Faith based video series/small group discussion program to offer Help, Hope and Healing. Call 906-250-1690 for more details.

Open Meditation Group Sit — 6 to 7 p.m., free (donations accepted). Meditation practice guidance offered from 5:30 to 6 p.m. St. Paul’s Episcopal Church basement, 201 E Ridge St., Marquette. An opportunity for individuals with meditation practices to get together in a group setting for 30-minute silent meditation, sharing and short loving kindness meditation.
