Chair Yoga — 10:30-11:30 a.m., Chair Yoga provides a unique opportunity to find deeper well-being though exploration of gentle postures, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. Gentle chair yoga can be practiced by almost anyone at any age. The entry-level requirement for practicing yoga in a chair is simply the ability to breathe and to sit upright in a chair while gently moving the torso and limbs.
