MARQUETTE — The Lee A. Tregurtha was expected at 3 p.m. today at the Lake Superior & Ishpeming ore dock in Marquette’s Upper Harbor. The Honorable James L. Oberstar is due at noon Saturday and the James L. Kuber is expected at 2 p.m. Saturday.
