Bay College holds basketball camps

ESCANABA — The Bay College men’s and women’s basketball teams will hold a three-day skills camp for boys and girls entering grades 3 to 8 this fall at the end of July.

Women’s head coach Rae Drake and men’s head coach Matt Johnson along with members of both teams will lead the camp, to run from Tuesday through Thursday, July 31-Aug. 2, at the Bay de Noc Community College gymnasium in Escanaba.

Campers going into grades 3-5 will meet from 9 to 10:30 a.m. each day, while grades 6-8 go from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Cost is $40 for non-Northern Lights YMCA members and $35 for members, which includes a camp T-shirt. Space at the camps is limited so those interested are encouraged to sign up early.
