It's not too late to be ready for one of the most important days of the year, in our humble opinion.
That is of course Mother's Day which is Sunday.
Moms deserve to be pampered every day but most especially on Mother's Day. That doesn't always mean material things, although a box of candy or a bouquet of flowers would be a lovely expression of tender affection.
Mothers most of all would be blissful to hear words of appreciation from their children on this special day. A simple "I love you, Mom" would be welcome by your mother whether you are 6 or 60 and she is 25 or 95.
If your mother is not living nearby you, consider making a call to her. She would enjoy hearing your voice and learning what's going on with your life.
It's a simple thing, but true: Mother's Day is an occasion to remember the woman who gave you life - or chose to raise you if you're adopted.
Please make Mom a priority Sunday... and any other chance you get.
