The Mining Journal

Financial advisors Christian Verardi, Bill Toomey and Doug Gordon with Edward Jones in Marquette recently donated more than 250 evergreen trees to fourth-graders in the Marquette area in celebration of Arbor Day. Included were stops at Cherry Creek Elementary School (1) where Verardi, Toomey and Gordon are shown with the school's fourth-grade class; Superior Hills Elementary School (2) where the financial advisors are with fourth-graders and teachers Amy Cook and Maura Stone; and Sandy Knoll Elementary School (3) where Verardi and Toomey are shown with the school's fourth-grade class. The donations were in support of the Fourth Grade Foresters Project, which aims to revitalize the observation of Arbor Day in America's schools.
