MARQUETTE- With the snow hitting Marquette today, The Weather Channel visited to do a report about the conditions.
The Weather Channel sent correspondent Raegan Medgie to the area to report on the snowstorm that rolled in Wednesday afternoon over the western half of the Upper Peninsula. Medgie reported on how much snow the area is getting, the road conditions and the frost levels in the ground.
She told viewers about the number of water main breaks Marquette has experienced in the past month, explaining that just up the road from Huron Mountain Bakery, where she and the crew were stationed, they had just gotten a report of another water main break on Washington Street.
