To the Journal editor:
It is clear to see that after U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and the Republican Party failed to render Barack Obama a one term president, their plans of sabotage are still intact.
I don't recall senators sprinting for microphones and cameras looking to blame the previous president when Putin invaded Georgia.
That kind of behavior weakens the president and the country and that is wrong! The people have spoken, not once but twice.
Get over it and govern. It is time to end the gridlock in Congress. We have infrastructure that needs updating and repair. Let's stop throwing wrenches into our own engines.
