MARQUETTE - In February, all non-profit organizations and Upper Peninsula businesses are invited to partake in "Looking-Glass Leadership: Using Your Strengths to Lead Others and Influence Peers;" a workshop presented by Great Lakes Center for Youth Development.
Chad Mager, an associate of GLCYD, and Robert Mager, a retired section manager of organizational development and training at Cliffs Natural Resources, will introduce the use of the looking-glass as key first step in realizing leadership strengths and understanding how to use them.
The workshop is being offered in Marquette at MARESA from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday; in Hancock at the Copper County ISD from 4-6 p.m. Feb. 20; and in Harris at the Island Resort and Casino from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 27.
