HANCOCK - As has been the case much of the season, the Negaunee High School hockey team was unable to put much offense together in Hancock Monday night.
The result was a 4-0 loss to the Bulldogs, leaving the Miners with a 5-15 season record.
"We were outshot 40-15," Miners head coach Darrell Sleeman said. "We played solid defensively and were only down 2-0 entering the third period. But (the Bulldogs) got a couple of goals off turnovers.
"I was happy, overall," he added. "I just wish we could score."
Negaunee netminder Anthony Moyle made 36 saves.
