To the Journal editor:
Why do people feel they need to zoom through parking lots in the front of stores such as Econo foods or Walmart, etc. when pedestrian's are trying to walk from their car to get into the store?
I'm handicapped and use a cane and yes, I'm slow but I'm not the only one I see that needs time to get into the store, normal people have this issue as well.
Your sitting in your nice warm car and you can't have the courtesy to keep your foot on the brake long enough to let us walk by. It only takes us a minute or so to get in.
Come on people, have the decency and keep your foot on your brake, especially in the winter, so people can get into the store while your nice and warm in your car.
