MARQUETTE - The Annual Culinary Journey will be from 6-8 p.m. Jan. 26 at the Upper Peninsula Children's Museum, Marquette.
This adult fund-raising event will feature culinary creations from around the world by some of this region's most talented chefs. There will be a selection of fine wines from Everyday Wines of Marquette. There will be live music from Travis Swanson and Harry South and floral accents by Flower Works. Tickets are $65 each, or $120 a couple. They are available at the Children's Museum store or by calling 906-226-3911.
A limited number will be available at the door. The participating establishments are The Landmark Inn, The Vierling Restaurant, Marquette Harbor Brewery, The Union Grill, Simply Superior of NMU, NMU Hospitality Program, The Brownstone Inn, Marquette Baking Company, Dead River Coffee Roasters, Donckers Candies and Gifts, The Marquette Food Co-Op, Elizabeth's Chophouse, Border Grill Catering, The Wild Rover, Midtown Bakery and Cafe, Lagniappe Cajun Creole Eatery, Sweet Water Cafe and Das Steinhaus.
