NEGAUNEE, MI. - Doris Inge Rose, 76, of 90 Croix St., Negaunee, died at 4:05 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2013 at the Eastwood Nursing Center where she had resided since September.
Doris was born November 27, 1936 in Heilbronn, Germany to Karl and Martha (Lang) Kaiser and graduated high school before moving to the United States in 1956.
With her husband in the Army, they frequently moved and lived in numerous different places.
While living in Negaunee, Doris was a Fraternal Order of Eagles member, and during her free time she enjoyed an occasional trip to the casino.
Surviving are her 3 sons: David (Ruth) Rose of Columbiaville, Duwane (Cindy) Rose of Waterford and Dan (Linda) Rose of Negaunee; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; 1 brother; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dale Rose, and an infant daughter, Joanne Marie.
