We welcome parents and others who have arrived in town for Northern Michigan University's annual Family Weekend.
We hope you discover Marquette's many treasures during your visit to our community. Family Weekend kicked off Thursday night with a Rodney Atkins concert, then continues from 2 to 5 p.m. today in the University Center Atrium, where visitors can pick up the updated Family Weekend schedule of events, information on local attractions, and a limited number of additional tickets will be available for purchase for the special activities.

Saturday begins with a tailgate party from 11 a.m.12:30 p.m. at Vandament Arena. The event will feature traditional picnic fare and there will be door prizes, an appearance by the Wildcat Marching Band and comments from Interim President David Haynes.
