Jonathan Johnson public reading

MARQUETTE - Poet Jonathan Johnson, a Marquette Senior High School and Northern Michigan University graduate, will give a public reading at 7:30 p.m. today in the Erie Room of the University Center, Marquette.

Johnson is the author of two books of poetry, "In the Land We Imagined Ourselves" and "Mastodon, 80 percent Complete" and the memoir, "Hannah and the Mountain." His work has been featured on National Public Radio's Writer's Almanac with Garrison Keillor and in Best American Poetry, American Poetry: The Next Generation and numerous other anthologies.
