Library seeks literacy tutors

MARQUETTE - The Peter White Public Library Literacy Project seeks additional volunteer tutors to support its program of free literacy instruction for adults in Marquette County.

New tutors must pre-register, then complete a three-part training session (one evening, and two Saturday meetings). Upcoming training sessions will take place from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 3 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 5 and Oct.12 at the library, Marquette.
