NEGAUNEE, Mich. - Steven Scott Stenfors, 23, of Lincoln Street, Negaunee, died unexpectedly on Thursday, August 22, 2013.
Steven was born January 3, 1990 in Marquette, attended Negaunee High School, and graduated from Marquette Senior High School. He was recently employed with St. Germain Sandblasting, and he really enjoyed his new job and the people he worked with.
In his free time, Steven enjoyed hunting, fishing, biking, snowmobiling, riding dirt bikes and four-wheeling. He was talented with mechanical work and liked tinkering in the garage.

He will be dearly missed by his parents, Cary and Sandra (Stenfors) Lincoln of Negaunee; brother, Nick Sharon of Negaunee; sister, Nicole Lincoln of Negaunee; grandparents: Bruce and Carolyn Stenfors of Tennessee and Duane and Maria Lincoln of Munising; his girlfriend Ashlee Richards and her daughter Kaylee of Ishpeming; 2 aunts: Sherry (Craig) Katajamaki and Pamela (Wallace) Wilder; 2 uncles: William (Amanda) Stenfors and Chad (Jen) Lincoln; and numerous cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28 at the Koskey Funeral Home with Rev. Steven Solberg officiating. Interment will take place in the Negaunee Cemetery.
The family will greet relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Great Lake Recovery in Steve's memory.
