To the Journal editor:
In her letter to the editor, Deborah Heino said that there are two different types of people in the Ishpeming/Negaunee area. She goes on to say that some of us are generous, and some are selfish.
Her booth at the Ishpeming Fourth of July community event had money and merchandise stolen. She doesn't know who stole it, but states it has to be someone from our area and their group will pray for them. Does Deborah realize that people from all over the U.S. attend this community event?
Did she understand that it's necessary to have someone in charge of money and merchandise, no matter what city you're in? Someone also has to manage, and be responsible for the entire event.
This letter of blame from Deborah ... came across to this "country cousin" as very rude.
