Guts Frisbee invades south Marquette

The 35th annual U.S. National Guts Frisbee Championships opened its two-day tournament Saturday morning at Hurley Field in Marquette. Locally based teams went up against squads from around the Midwest, according to organizers. Play continues at 9 a.m. today and wraps up with the championship bout tentatively scheduled for 5 p.m. Admission is free. Journal photos by Zach Jay.
