WAKEFIELD - Two state prison inmates have been arraigned on second-degree murder charges in Gogebic County District Court in the death of a Muskegon area man at the Ojibway Correctional Facility in January.

Delorean Earnest Henderson, 25, and Michael Smith, 32, are accused of killing inmate Randolph Connor, 27, on Jan. 11.

"He was assaulted by the two individuals and he died as a result of injuries," said Michigan State Police Detective Sgt. Russell Larson of the Wakefield post.
