Leslie (Snoogie) Roger Badge

MARQUETTE, MI. - Leslie (Snoogie) Roger Badge passed away on May 11th, 2013 at the D. J. Jacobetti Home for Veterans.

Snoogie was born on September 1st, 1936 in Larium, Michigan to Roger James Badge and Mae Olive Lahnala. He spent most of his early years in the Copper Country, and proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1955-1959. He then attended Ferris State University where he earned a degree in Survey Engineering.

Snoogie enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman and skier.

He is survived by his two sons Scott and Sean Badge from Gwinn, and grandson Ian Badge. He is also survived by his sister Lisa Berkel (husband Gordon), and brother Harrison Badge (wife Kathy), and was preceded in death by his brother Harlan Badge.

Services are to be held at D. J. Jacobetti Home for Veterans on June 11th at 10:30 am.
