UPAWS offers adoption event

NEGAUNEE - The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter will host a Pounce into Spring cat and kitten adoption event Thursday through Sunday. Adoptions of all cats and kittens 6 months and older will be 50 percent off, which includes spay or neuter, health check, vaccinations, 24PetWatch Microchip, 30 days of free ShelterCare Pet Insurance and a discount coupon for Dr. Tim's cat food. UPAWS is open from noon to 4 p.m. Friday through Wednesday, and from noon to 6:30 p.m. Thursday. For more information, visit www.upaws.org or call 475-6661.
