ISHPEMING - Caitlin Hewitt and Katie Etelamaki won individual events Thursday for the Westwood High School girls track team in the Menominee quadrangular.
Hewitt captured the 100-meter hurdles in 17.61, while Etelamaki claimed the 3200 run in 13:05.
The Patriots of head coach Eric Hill placed fourth with 41 points.
"For our first outdoor meet of the season and (finally) being on a track, everyone worked hard," Hill said.
"For Hewitt to do as well as she did is impressive. We've only had three hurdles set up in our school hallway for practice (due to poor weather outside)."
